APARTMENT VUJEVA
Our comfortable holiday home “Apartment Vujeva” provides a good standard of accommodation to make your stay memorable and enjoyable. The self-contained apartment has 2 double bedrooms, with an open plan kitchen, living and dining area.
It is owned by a Croatian family who will give you a typical hospitable welcome and make you feel immediately at home.
Just 150 metres away there is the clearest warm water anywhere in the Adriatic, for swimming, sailing, diving and fishing.

Local shops and restaurants are a 15 minute walk away.
The village of Rogoznica has plenty to offer as a self-catering holiday destination, and is an ideal base to explore the surrounding central Dalmatian area.

ROGOZNICA

Rogoznica is in central Dalmatia on the coast between Split and Sibenik.

The apartment is approximately 150 metres from the seashore. A local by-road leads along the shoreline to a supermarket (approx. 15 minutes walk) and other shops including a bakers (opening at 6am), a bank and an outdoor market.
From here a causeway leads to the old island village (approx. another 5 minutes) where more shops, a post office, sailing club and diving centre can be found.
Here and on the mainland there are many bars and restaurants some of which are open all year round. So if you want a lazy breakfast you can pick your pastries at the local bakery and mellow out at a bar watching the fishing boats come and go.
Approximately 1 mile from the house there is one of the best marinas on the Croatian coast. Marina Frapa is open to the public and provides not only the essentials for the sailor, but also a leisure complex with restaurants, bars, a night club, shops, outdoor swimming pool, tennis, squash, and other facilities at a modest cost.

You can catch a ferry to visit other islands, such as Brac or Hvar; or, if you wish you could spend many hours in the old town and Roman Palace in Split.
The Krka National Park - 40 minutes away (www.npkrka.hr) is a must. One could easily spend a day wandering around the stunning walks or picnic by a waterfall.
The Kornati National Park another amazing natural wonder with more than 90 islands – is accessible by boat from Rogoznica during the high season and from Primosten and Sibenik.

The scenic coastal highway makes access to the numerous bays, marinas etc. on the Dalmatian coastline very easy whether you have a car or use local bus services.

Directions from Split Airport
35 minutes by road to apartment (Car Hire, Taxi, or a little longer by bus)
Take E65 road towards Sibenik.
Turn Left at sign for Rogoznica

Follow main road into Rogoznica down towards the sea.
At the cross-roads, where the causeway begins (with a supermarket opposite) turn left along the narrow shore road.
There are a series of residential streets (Ulicas) off to the left numbered with roman numerals.
Turn when you reach Ulica X.
After about 150 metres take the 2nd turning left and look for the building at the end of the road.
Apartment Vujeva is situated on the 1st Floor of this building.

10% deposit on booking, not refundable

Saturday – Saturday change over – However special arrangements considered to take advantage of cheaper air fares*.
Prices include:
· Rent of the apartment
· Electricity, gas and water
· Weekly change of bed-linen and towels (not beach towels)
· Thorough cleaning before guest’s arrival
If stays are for less than 5 days then rates are increased by 25%.


** Tourist Taxes
There is a mandatory requirement in Croatia for tourists to pay a daily tourist tax.
This is approximately 60p per person/day in the high season for adults.
(cheaper for children and for adults in the low season).
We will arrange payment of this but it will be a small addition to the price of the villa.
