Our Apartments Milicic are situated in Hvar towns most beautiful and exotic bay called Podstine (just 15 min. walk till town center). The bay is colored and perfumed with pine trees and Mediterranean herbs. It is quiet and tranquil setting away from summer bustle of town. Sound of the sea is the dominant sound heard on the terraces of these three apartments separated from the charming bay beach with only couple of big pine trees.

Apartment 1 : Entering there is a kitchen combined with dining area containing round table with seating for 5 persons. Looking throughout this 75 m2 sized apartment the words that first come to mind are exclusivity and harmony of space. Two bedrooms with double beds and the modern style furniture in pastel colors nicely fills the space. Comfortable and cozy lounge with sofa and 2 armchairs facing the TV set looks perfect for lazy afternoons.

Apartment 2 : Climbing the stairs to the upper floor, there is apartment 2. On the top story, this loft design reminds of artistic nest. The spacious central area contains kitchen and lounge combined together. Lounge area furnished with bamboo furniture of sofa and two armchairs with TV set offers view on outside through glass terrace doors. Leading off this living area is a lovely blue bathroom, two double bed bedrooms with handmade furniture shaped to follow the line of the roof. The roof-top terrace offers magnificent view on Dalmatian islands. This stylish apartment is designed and arranged with an artistic hand.

Apartment 3 : This apartment is suitable for families. First thing that caught the eye is a spacious shaded terrace for enjoyable outside living. Sitting on the terrace, devided with a couple of pine trees from the bay beach, you can enjoy sound of sea and the crickets. With two double bed bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dinning area and lounge space this apartment offers relaxing family holiday.

Outside the front gate the path leads right to the beach where one can test his or hers diving skills and learn things or two in Diving club Viking. Near the beach refreshment and lunch can be provided in bar and restaurant of hotel Podstine. The left path, along the pine trees framing sea side, leads to center of town. Fifteen minutes walk to taste diversities of town bars and restaurants offering great introduction into rich summer night life of Hvar.
