Villa Sema is conveniently located on peninsula Lapad, by many the most beautiful and pleasant part of Dubrovnik. Located near the sea in a peaceful and quiet area, surrounded with Mediterranean sub-tropic vegetation, our accommodation enables you to truly relax. A nice walking path along the sea around Babin Kuk area starts just outside of our house.

Everything you might need is within walking distance. In the vicinity of our apartment there is a grocery store and a bakery. Post office, bank and bus station are just 200 meters away. A beautiful pebble beach with many adult and children activities can be reached in several minutes.

The house disposes of 4 air conditioned apartments and several rooms. All accommodation units are fully equipped and tastefully decorated. All apartments have air conditioning and TV, all rooms have TV.

A grill is also at your disposal. All accommodations have their own entrance, ensuring full privacy for our guests. There is also a parking place for you infront of the house.

We believe in high standards of service and we are confidant that you will fell this atmosphere if you choose Sema for your vacation.

Airport is 20 km from Dubrovnik. If you need it, we can organise you a transport from the airport. Of course, you can also take a regular bus that takes you to the city and afterwards a taxi or a town bus will bring you to Villa Sema.

All rates are in Euros.

A deposit of 20% of total amount is required in order to confirm reservation, the rest on arrival. Personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks and Paypal are not accepted forms of payment.
