Stancija Folo, self-service accommodation for 9 persons, 135 sq.m. area, with large, beautifully landscaped garden and unshared swimming pool. There is also a garden of 1,100 sq.m. on your disposal. It is located near the town Žminj, in the gentle and beautiful village Tomišići. It is most suitable for the families with children, or couples. It consists of living room and four bedrooms, each with own bath, and kitchen with dining-area. All areas for guests are\r\nair conditioned.

\r\nŽminj is a small town 35 km north of Pula, with an old town (at 379 m elevation) and new parts which are spread in the valley. The Žminj-area is well known for its numerous rural facilities that offer authentic local cuisine, and traditional atmosphere.

\r\nStancija Folo, the self-accommodation facility - a detached house in nature - capacity 9 persons, 135 m2. It is located in the village Tomišići, near the picturesque Zminj, in a quiet environment - there is no industrial buildings in the area. The view provides the untouched nature and the rural environment: all around are the meadows and forests, craggy paths and roads with almost no traffic... Ideal for walking, running, mountain bike ...

\r\nStancija Folo is a newly built farmhouse-villa. During the building, owners have been careful to incorporate elements of the old architecture, the details in wood and stone, plastering the old fashioned, natural fences... In front of the house, there is only for you to use a large flower and grass garden with a swimming pool (32 sqm area), garden furniture for sunbathing and a large terrace and garden seating for 10 people. There is also space for preparing the grill. This garden offer to your complete privacy, a safe place for children play, or space for quiet and relaxing vacation at leisure.

\r\nFor more activities in nature, available to you are 1.100 sqm lawn arround the house, as thousands of square meters of an intact natural environment very near. Cars can park at the parking place in the open, close to home, in\r\nthe alley without the traffic In the immediate neighborhood, 100 meters away, lives a young family of\r\nthe house owner, always ready to help you with advice or suggestions.

\r\nInterior area of Stancija Folo is 135 sq.m., and consists of two floors in a new, functionally furnished and equipped rural villa. The ground floor has a large living room (50 sq.m.) with dining area and kitchen, and another living room where can sleep one person. There is also one bedroom with bathroom (shower/WC). Wit the internal stairs you can arrive on the first floor, where are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with shower and toilet. There are also two terraces with view to beautiful natural environment.\r\nHouse is fully air conditioning and has the electric heating. Rooms are furnished by the qualitative modern furniture; bathrooms are designed in the modern style. The kitchen is also equipped by the modern furniture and facilities, including electric devices and utensils. \r\nBedclothes and towels are covered by the price of accommodation.

\r\nIstria is the western county of the Republic of Croatia and with 2.820 sqm it is the largest Croatian peninsula. For the Middle European countries Istria is the closest coastal destination. Well-indented coast of Istria, about 455 km long and from three sides washed by the Adriatic sea, belongs to the mild Mediterranean climate, with hot, dry summers and mild and pleasant winters. Istria is characterized by, on average, 2.388 sunny hours per year, and the sea water temperature, near the coast, in August, reaching 24°C.

To stay on a weekly basis, tourist tax is included in the price!

Children till the age of 12 are free of local tourist tax.

Children in the age from 13 till 18 pay 50% of the local tourist tax.

At the moment of making the reservation 25% of the total price has to be paid, upon the estimation, on to the bank account. The rest of the sum is to be paid on the day of arrival, when you'll get the receipt. On the day of arrival deposit of 200 € is obligatory.

Tourist tax is included in the price!

The price covers local tourist tax, checking–in and checking-out procedures, the final house cleaning, electricity and water consumption, usage of cutlery and utensils, change of linen and towels on a week base. Pets are not welcome! Smokers-friendly!
