Villa Toscana is placed in Zaboric (situated between the oldest Croatian town SIBENIK and UNESCO protected town TROGIR) only hundred metres away form the first gravel beach and abouth 300 mt. from sand beach. Zaboric is calm and quiet place. Close to a lot of interesting sites to visit, such as: Primosten, Trogir, waterfalls Krka, Kornati national park, Vodice, Famous town Split and many beautiful islands........while Solaris Hotels offer kids fun.

Family Ban, with residence in Italy, has brought along a spirit of Tuscany in the form of vivid colours of architecture, surroundings and rustic atmosphere (brick Terracotta, forged locks, and wooden porch). The apartments are air-conditioned.

Those on the groundfloor have three beds in the room and two beds in the dining room, while those on the floor have two beds in the room and one or two beds in the dining room.

They are favorable for couples who prefer comfort and family with children. The ground floor apartments have their own terraces, while the apartments on the floor have a common terrace with a view on the sea.The villa is ideal for a larger group of people who can gather together (eg, eating together) because they are large and open terraces.
