The villa build-ed on a slope going to the Adriatic sea, has 4 floors, ground w/garage and boiler room accessible from lower street, 1st floor Apt (nº4) with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms 1 w/washing machine, kitchen-living fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, iron, fridge with freezer, cooker with oven & 2 terraces. One bedroom has air conditioning. Front Terrace equipped with seats and table is protected by a vine. Also Apt5 1bedroom along the eastern facade, there is a ramp accessible by cars, which gives access to the 1st and 2nd floors and to the 3rd floor by stairs. The upper road is at the level of 2nd floor. The 2nd floor includes 3 apartments, 1 of 2 bedrooms(n.1) with capacity for 6 people when using a sofa bed, living-kitchen, shower room and a large terrace with laser equipment and two of 1 bedroom(n. 2 & 3) also fully equipped and with terrace every one with a sofa bed.There is also a child bed in Apt. 3 besides 2 single beds. The view of the sea surrounded by green hills is wonderful from each of the apartments. The sea is transparent and at good temperature in summertime. The sea is 60m from the villa and is accessible either by ramp either by road The beach is 100m away from the villa with sand. At around 450m is the sandy beach of Istruga A satellite receiver of television is installed in every apartment allowing the reception of 300 channels perfectly clear for example TV5, Arte, CNN, BBC, SKY, RAI , RTP, TVE, DW etc. Near the entrance of the 2nd floor apartments, there is a washing machine in a closet. The 3rd floor includes two apartments nº A where I live and nº. 0 , with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a larger living room. This apartment is luxuriously furnished. There is also a terrace outside the living and one outside one of the bedrooms.

To Split airport 2hrs/catamaran and 3hrs/boat from Vela Luka 20kms away.

All rates are in Euro.

We request 30% deposit when signing the contract and 70% one month before arrival date.

Payments already made are non refundable except special cases(decease, etc.).

Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

There is a 10% tax to add to the rates and 6kns/day/adult as tourist tax.
