We offer the most centrally located, modern, fully equipped, serviced apartment in the heart of Porec downtown with a magnificent sea view. \r\nWe are within short walking distance of many of the best restaurants, clubs, bars and visitor attractions. There are plenty beaches nearby with easy walking distance.\r\n\r\nThe apartment is located on the 4th floor of a new building (no elevator), about 70sqm with a terrace with a magnificent sea view. There are two spacious sleeping rooms with two double beds. There is one bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room and livingroom.\r\n\r\nLaundry facilities are available, as well an appointed kitchen with the range cooking and refrigeration appliances.\r\nThere is a parking place in the garage for our guests.\r\n\r\nPorec and its coastal areas are known as the most popular parts for vacations of Istria and Croatia. If you are looking for activity, remarkable experience and rich cultural heritage, Porec is the place for you. If you are looking for excitement, don' t miss the numerous parties organized in tourist villages and the town' s centre. There are plenty of well-known bars, night clubs, disco clubs and restaurants.

\r\nEnjoy one of many restaurants and native Istrian taverns with all the enchantments of the real Mediterranean cuisine. Get rid of stress by visiting lovely picturesque villages settled in the hinterland and lead the calm true Mediterranean life. Porec is a town of pleasant sun and warm sea, as well as town of many cultural monuments.

All rates are in Euros. Surcharge per person 5-10 EUR per night or 50-70 EUR per week depending of a season.

Please contact the owner for cancellation. In case of cancellation by 3 months to 1 month before the date of arrival, the down payment will be withheld and converted into a voucher of the same amount. This voucher can be used for another booking and redeemed during a one year period
