The house has been built on an attractive part of the town.The average length to reach any place in the town is 20 min slow walk , or 4-5 minutes by car.Supermarkets, exchange office, tennis center, dive center, fitness center, rent a boat, or speed boat, all at your hand. We love animals so you can take your pets with you.

There's a big garden behind the house with huge stone table and a big fire place where you can enjoy the evening preparing something yourselves instead of going out. English, German, Italian, french and Esperanto are spoken in the house. There're three well furnished apartments , depends of the number of the guests- from two persons to eight persons.

The island of Hvar is the longest and second biggest island in the whole area called Dalmatian peninsula.On the island there are many olive trees, vineyards, field of lavender and also about 50 best quality wines. You can enjoy the sun anytime of the year here, because of its 2715 sanydays a year. The island is known as Adriatic „Madeira“ and, in 1997 world known „Traveler Magazin“ inserted it on the list of 10 most beautiful islands rount the world.
