We are the Bizjak family (Mirela, Bruno, Pino, Graziano & Maja) and we live in Vinkuran, a bay in the southest part of the istrian peninsula, on the west side of the croatian coast. Many of you can experience the sounds of tireless birds twittering and singing in the mornings, or can hear the pleasant calls of some animals coming from the nearby wood in the evenings. Sport (tennis, golf, diving, surfing, sailing, climbing, riding, paintball, wellness and thermal farms) and entertainment (bars, pubs, discos, restaurants, slow foods, wine streets, open-air dancing floors and cinema, theatre, traditional festivals and shows) centres are all nearby.

All rates are in Euros.For booking the sistematization a 30% deposit advance payment via bank account is requested. The international bank transfer usually takes 3 to 4 working days, after that, on transfer completed, we confirm you back per e-mail the reservation. The rest of the amount is payable directly in loco.

In case of booking cancellation the 30% deposit is not given back, but it is usable as deposit for an another travel period during the current or next calendar year.

Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

The above mentioned prices include tourist taxes (registration fee and fee of daily stay), sheets and towels (changed weekly) and the final cleaning-up of the apartment. During the high season (30.06. – 31.08.2011.) the check in/out is on Saturdays, while in the other periods it isn't fixed to a specific day. A one-night stay price is increased for 50%, a two-nights stay for 25% and the third night price is normal, like indicated.
